My Vision of the Child: My desire as a teacher is to facilitate learning with each child through careful observation and free play. I want to show each child that they are special and that we are listening to them and trying to meet their needs. My hope is for them to discover the joy of learning. 

Bio: I am from Philadelphia, but I was raised in Morrocco, North Africa. My favorite animals are dogs, giraffes and the secretary bird. The best place I have visited was Europe - Spain, France, Switzerland and Netherlands. I would like to visit Italy, Greece or Tahiti. My favorite restaurant is Izakaya Masa. My favorite part about working with children is learning alongside them and the conversations we share. Something interesting about me is that I moved to San Diego on my own in 2009 without ever visiting before.
