Favorite Childhood Memory: My favorite childhood memory would be going to the 4th of July Parade in Coronado with my family every year. Coronado will always hold a special place in my heart.

My Vision of the Child: My vision of the child is filled with joy and expectancy to learn, create, to experience and have fun.

Bio: I was born and raised in San Diego. I've been married to my husband, David, for two years. My mom was an elementary teacher for twelve years where I attended the same school she taught at. I was able to help her in her classroom and this is where I developed my passion of being a teacher. I graduated from Foothills Christian High School. Sadly, my mom lost her battle with breast cancer a year after I graduated high school. I decided to help my dad with my eight year old sister and attended Cuyamaca College. This is where I received my Degree in Child Development. I have over six years of experience in the child development field. I helped start a preschool at my church. I am actively involved at my church alongside my husband who is a Children's Pastor. I help lead a Kids Club at our church with my husband. I love spending time with my husband and family and going to Disneyland whenever I can. My favorite Disney princess is Belle because you can often find my nose stuck in a book! I love to cook and bake new recipes. I enjoy watching movies and traveling to new places with my husband. David and I look forward to starting a family soon.
