Favorite Childhood Memory: One of my favorite childhood memories is spending the night with my sister making up silly dance routines to perform to our parents when they came home from a dinner date.

My Vision of the Child: My vision of the child is one that is safe, healthy, and true to themselves; one that is confident in their abilities and curious enough to challenge themselves. I can’t wait to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for the children.

Bio: Hi! My name is Ally and I’m from Orange County, California. I’m the youngest of four and have always loved working with children since I never had a younger sibling of my own. I’m currently living in San Diego with my boyfriend and our puppy, Kobe. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Development. I have babysat since I was a teen and worked in the early education field for the last three years. I’m looking forward to this new journey at Little Sprouts!
